SKINCHEMISTS EXTENDED WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIVE PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Extended Warranty
1.1 Eligibility
1.1.1 This Extended Warranty (hereinafter referred to as "Warranty") is provided by SkinChemists Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SkinChemists") to customers who have purchased SkinChemists products from an authorized retailer in the United Kingdom. Only products eligible for this Warranty will be covered.
1.2 Warranty Coverage
1.2.1 SkinChemists warrants that the eligible product(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
1.2.2 During the Warranty Period, SkinChemists will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the eligible product(s) that prove to be defective due to faulty material or workmanship.
1.2.3 This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

c) Normal wear and tear.

e) Any cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.
1.3 How to Obtain Warranty Service
1.3.1 To obtain Warranty service, please contact SkinChemists Customer Support within the Warranty Period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, the product's serial number, and a description of the issue.
1.3.2 SkinChemists will assess your claim and, if it falls within the terms of this Warranty, will provide instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.
