Please note: For Next Day Delivery orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email to let you know when we’ve despatched your order and how to track it. If you are unable to accept a delivery for any reason, you can arrange to deliver to a neighbour or redeliver the next available day by simply replying to the text message or despatch email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME FOR THE DELIVERY
Our courier will leave a card with options for redelivery. They may also try a next door neighbour to see if they will accept the parcel on your behalf.
I'VE RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCTS, WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS?
Our Customer Service Department will arrange a collection for your damaged goods at your earliest convenience. Please send un email to helpdesk@skinchemists.com.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
We want to make returning an order as simple as possible, so we're happy to offer a refund within 30 days of delivery - provided the items in the original packaging.

Please make sure you include a covering letter with your return, without this we cannot accept your return. Once we have received your product back, we will endeavour to complete the refund in 20 working days.
