SkinChemists Sales Rep Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the SkinChemists Sales Rep Program, operated by Skin Research Ltd. ("SkinChemists," "we," "our," or "us"). By participating in our Sales Rep Program ("Program"), you ("Sales Rep," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). This Program allows Sales Reps to earn commissions for promoting and selling SkinChemists products through unique affiliate links and discount codes.

2. Eligibility To join the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid PayPal account (for commission payouts).
Agree to abide by these Terms and any updates we may implement.

3. Program Overview The Program operates via the CSS Sales Team App, allowing Sales Reps to:

Generate unique affiliate links and discount codes.
Share personalized shopping carts with customers.
Track orders and commissions through a Sales Rep dashboard.
Earn commissions on sales made using their affiliate links and discount codes.

4. Commission Structure

Sales Reps will earn a 25% commission on net sales of SkinChemists products.
Commissions are allocated based on the total amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, or returns.
A 10% discount code is provided for your customers' purchases, which must be used in conjunction with your affiliate link for the order to be eligible for commission.

5. Commission Payouts

Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid within 30 days following the end of the month.
Payments are made via PayPal to the email provided upon registration.
We reserve the right to withhold or adjust commissions for returned, canceled, or refunded orders.

6. Use of Affiliate Links and Discount Codes

Sales Reps are permitted to share their unique affiliate links and discount codes on websites, social media, emails, and other marketing channels, as long as they do not violate applicable laws or these Terms.
The affiliate link and discount code must be used together for tracking purposes. Orders made without the combination of both may not be eligible for commissions.
SkinChemists reserves the right to deactivate any Sales Rep's affiliate links and codes for inactivity or misuse.

7. Return and Refund Policy

In the case of a customer return or refund, commissions earned on the original sale will be deducted from the Sales Rep's account balance.
If commissions have already been paid out, the amount will be subtracted from future payouts.

8. Compliance and Misuse

Sales Reps must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting SkinChemists products.
Any form of misleading, fraudulent, or illegal activities (e.g., false advertising, spamming, unauthorized use of trademarks) will result in termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
SkinChemists reserves the right to monitor sales activity for any misuse and to terminate accounts if necessary.

9. Order Management and Tracking

Orders placed using your affiliate links and codes are automatically tracked by the CSS Sales Team App.
Sales Reps will have access to comprehensive sales reports and analytics through the dashboard to monitor performance.
Commissions on orders from returning customers are automatically tracked, provided the customer's account is linked to the Sales Rep.

10. Personalization and Discounts

Sales Reps may offer personalized product recommendations and share pre-loaded shopping carts with customers to facilitate purchases.
Discount codes can be created to provide additional savings and help close sales.

11. Termination of Program Participation

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the other party.
In the event of termination, Sales Reps will receive any outstanding commissions earned up to the termination date, subject to the terms outlined above.
Upon termination, all affiliate links and discount codes will be deactivated.

12. Modification of Terms

SkinChemists reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Program's website or communicated directly to Sales Reps.
Continued participation in the Program after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

SkinChemists is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program or use of affiliate links and codes.
SkinChemists does not guarantee the success of sales or commission payouts and is not responsible for technical issues or errors in tracking.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in London, UK.
