Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unopened and in the same condition in which it was received
• In its original packaging
• Returned with any original tags or seals intact
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact helpdesk@skinchemists.com before sending your item back with your order number and reason for your request.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly and so to prevent future damages.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty and personal care products, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We are also unable to accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us and we will help arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused and in their original packaging, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Proof of purchase will also be required.

This statutory right is separate from our standard 30-day returns policy and does not affect your other legal rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact helpdesk@skinchemists.com.

Return Shipping

Any applicable return shipping costs or return-label instructions will be confirmed when your return request is approved.

If an item is being returned because it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us before arranging shipping so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
