It is designed for dryness, dullness, uneven texture, excess oil and congested-looking pores.

What skin types is it suitable for?

The moisturising cream base can suit normal, dry and combination skin. Oily skin can also use it, although those who dislike rich cleansers may prefer a lighter gel formula.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

The formula contains fragrance and three exfoliating acids. Sensitive or reactive skin should patch test first and begin with once-daily or alternate-day use.

Will it remove makeup?

It can remove light makeup and daily impurities. For long-wearing foundation, waterproof eye makeup or heavy sunscreen, use a dedicated makeup remover first and follow with this cleanser.

Can I use it as part of a double cleanse?

Yes. Use an oil-based cleanser or makeup remover first, then follow with this cream cleanser to remove any remaining residue.

Does it foam?

This is a cream cleanser rather than a traditional foaming face wash, so it should produce little or no lather.

Will it dry out my skin?

Glycerin, Shea Butter, Panthenol and Hyaluronic Acid help maintain moisture and comfort. However, over-cleansing or using several acid products together may still cause dryness.

Does it exfoliate the skin?

Yes, gently. It contains Salicylic, Glycolic and Lactic Acids, but their effects will be milder than those of a leave-on exfoliating serum or toner.

Does it help with clogged pores?

Salicylic Acid helps lift excess oil and surface impurities, which can improve the appearance of congested pores. A rinse-off cleanser cannot permanently change pore size.

Can it help with blemishes?

Regular cleansing and Salicylic Acid may help reduce the build-up of excess oil associated with blemishes. It is a cosmetic cleanser rather than an acne treatment.

Does it brighten the skin?

Ascorbyl Glucoside, Niacinamide and the exfoliating acids help support a brighter, more even-looking complexion with consistent use.

Does it reduce fine lines and wrinkles?

Its moisturising ingredients can help dry fine lines appear softer. The cleanser should not be presented as permanently reducing wrinkles.

Does topical collagen replace the skin’s natural collagen?

No. Collagen Amino Acids mainly condition and moisturise the skin’s surface. They do not directly replace collagen within its deeper layers.

Can I use it every day?

Yes, if comfortably tolerated. Reduce the frequency if the skin becomes dry, tight, red or irritated.

Can I use it with Retinol?

Yes, but sensitive skin may find daily acids and Retinol irritating when used in the same evening. Use this cleanser in the morning or alternate your Retinol nights if necessary.

Can I use it with other exfoliating acids?

Yes, although combining several acid products may cause over-exfoliation. Introduce additional acids gradually and reduce use if sensitivity develops.

Can I use it with Vitamin C or Niacinamide serums?

Yes. It can be followed with either ingredient, provided your skin tolerates the complete routine comfortably.

Should I use it morning and evening?

It can be used twice daily. If your skin is dry or sensitive, use it in the evening and rinse with water or use a gentler cleanser in the morning.

Is it fragrance-free?

Does it contain parabens or sulphates?

No, there are no parabens or sulphate cleansing agents.
